How to Purchase:

Pay by credit card, direct debit or money order.

You can download the voucher, which is in a PDF format  or directly from the screen, and simply write in the receipt number given to you when you make the payment.

Please choose the date and time carefully as it will incur a re-booking fee if changes are made to booking.

Gift Certificate Conditions:

• Voucher valid for six (6) months from date of purchase

• Full payment is required at time of booking

• Gift Certificate not redeemable for cash and non refundable

• Certificates are transferable between activities prior to booking

• Extensions available after expiry incur 20% surcharge.

• Activity may be altered in the event of inclement weather conditions or other prevailing conditions

• Activity may be upgraded

Cancellation Policy

We want to provide your recipient with a memorable experience, but if they have to change their booking, while we will endeavor to accommodate the change wherever possible, such changes can be liable to incur a surcharge if no replacement booking is received.

• Transfers incur $25 rebooking fee.

• Transfers or cancellations within 7 days of activity will incur $20pp surcharge

• Transfers or cancellations on the day can be made but a $30 pp fee is charged.

• Transferable can be made, however no refunds provided on certificates
